SALES MANAGER
You shall be responsible to identify, create, lead and established sales opportunities and build relationships with potential partners to positively impact the revenue targets. You shall build a strong sales pipeline, develop proposals to solicit sales and achieve the specified sales target given to you.
You must possess desired specific experience with lead generations and customer relationship development. You must have proven sales track records.
Working with a small team we would like you to:
Identify, Create, Lead and Establish Sales opportunities and build effective relationships with potential partners
Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded where possible
Drive results by soliciting and securing business through proactive, consultative sales approach
Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposal to clients
Develop new ideas and approaches to match the customer’s requirements and event needs
Identify market trends and keep abreast of latest events and brand activations to stay relevant
Champion the Sales Division objectives and service style while striving for continued improvement to drive sales effectiveness and enhanced customer satisfaction
Report on daily sales activities and customer engagement
Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES
A proven track record in sales and a strong network of clientele for B2B events
Must demonstrate the ability to grow the portfolio by bringing and securing new clients and events
Make decisions and resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
Ability to work independently and thrive on a dynamic working environment
A strong negotiator and good at networking and closing deals
Excellent at collaboration and teamwork
Strong in communication and relationship skills with the ability to drive engagement and interest in most situations
Highly organised with good project management and analytical skills
Comfortable with the use of technology, social media and paperless business processes
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
Ready to work flexible hours including weekends, evening and nights, based on the demands of the business
Ability to utilize all available resources to ensure maximum revenue
Cultivate and maintains relationships with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in sales with proven track records of closing contracts
Fluency in spoken and written English to achieve effective and conclusive business negotiations
Highly efficient in CRM/ERP and other evolving business platforms desired
