We offer AWS (i.e. 13th month bonus) to our employees. On top of that, we also offer performance bonus to our staff.

Our full time staff get to claim up to a maximum of $100 a month to offset their mobile phone subscription services.

Under this scheme, our staff can choose to come to work any time between 7.30am and 9.30am daily. For shift workers, we issue monthly rosters. As a mobile first solutions company, we provide cloud storage services for all of our staff as they work using their own devices.

Our medical insurance includes workmen’s compensation, group personal accident, group term life, and hospitalisation and surgical. We also provide outpatient medical benefits. Our employees can also participate in our annual health screening to keep their bodies in check.

Our confirmed staff are entitled to a $200 flexible benefit claim per calendar year. It can be used to offset certain expenses such as: Dental care, health screening, prescriptive contact lenses, glasses and sunglasses, as well as gym membership.

In case our employees are stressed out at work, they can head on over to the Zen Room and enjoy the massage chairs which can help to melt away some stress. That’s not all. We also provide our staff with volunteer opportunities during office hours. We strongly encourage them to participate in such activities, giving them time to give back to our society.

To encourage our employees to live an active lifestyle, we run free monthly activities with the Health Promotion Board. Some of these workouts include zumba, pilates and K-pop dance.
