Workflow Developer

We are seeking a Workflow Developer who will implement business processes to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement and the customer experience.

As a Workflow Developer, you will be actively involved in reviewing and implementing workflows and should have excellent UX and UI skills and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work-Flow Development:

· Configure and develop end-to-end workflow processes on workflow platforms such as NetSuite and Cognito Forms

· Be responsible for the quality of deliverables and follow standards / best practices

· Participate in the testing process through code review and functional testing

· Create and manage reports, visualisations, and dashboards on the workflow platform

· Write and maintain appropriate documentation to describe application development and logic

· Identify performance improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in IT or related fields

· At least 2 years’ working experience in workflow development and UI/ UX design

· Experience with programming languages such as PL/SQL coding, Java scripting & basic java knowledge, DOT net

· Good understanding of software design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance

· Experience in working with Netsuite and/or Cognito Forms desired

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

· Interest in web & mobile technologies

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
